Job summary

This full-time role requires advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics, engine and drivetrain repairs, R&R of major components, and precise documentation of findings and completed work. ASE certifications are preferred but not required if you have strong demonstrated experience and ability.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent understanding of automotive electrical systems.
• Experience with major engine and drivetrain repairs.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service information.
• Experience using professional scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service and maintain a wide variety of vehicles and systems.
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
• Engine diagnostics, engine removal and replacement.
• Transmission removal and replacement, differential/driveline repairs.
• Brake, ABS, steering, suspension, and cooling system repairs.
• Use scan tools and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose problems.
• Document findings and completed work clearly and thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
