Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic B & C

Location: 8555 Sancus Blvd, Columbus, OH 43240

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate effectively with the service department about guest concerns.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Long-term career development focus.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift and move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles above head level.
• Work in tight spaces as needed.
• Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity.
• Stand and walk for most of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Navigate a computer effectively.
