Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Advanced technicians: 5+ years preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and repair drivability and electrical concerns.
- Complete engine, suspension, steering, brake, and A/C repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance services.
- Inspect vehicles and recommend needed repairs.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Assist and mentor less experienced technicians.
- Support leadership growth toward Shop Foreman.
