Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic and positive technicians/mechanics who are passionate about solving challenging problems and prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction
• Gain experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and customer service orientation
• ASE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes and models
• Meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Interest in long-term career growth

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift or move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs
• Use hand tools with dexterity
• Stand and walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Use a computer efficiently
