Automotive Technician A & B $35+| Weekends Off | Polaris

Christian Brothers Automotive

We are seeking energetic and positive automotive technicians/mechanics who are passionate about solving challenging problems and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and achieve quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and customer service orientation
• ASE Certifications preferred or plans to obtain them
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Meet or exceed hourly productivity goals
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Long-term career development mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head
• Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs
• Use hand tools efficiently with good dexterity
• Stand and walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate a computer effectively
