Job summary

Belle Tire Inc is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform a range of repairs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. You’ll fix engines, brakes, electrical systems and more while delivering outstanding service to our customers and keeping the shop organized and safe.

The role offers a $5,000 signing bonus for technicians, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid ASE training, and opportunities for career growth within a growing company

Qualifications

• 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only).
• 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs on engine, drive train/axles, suspension/steering, brakes, electrical, heating/air conditioning and engine performance.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
