Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform repairs on engines, drivetrains, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC. The role emphasizes safety and quality, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in automotive repair, a valid driver's license, and be prepared to work a varied schedule in a retail tire and service setting. ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 18 years old; valid driver's license; Michigan State Mechanic Certification (MI only).
• 2 years automotive repair experience.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED; ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs on engines, drive trains, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and engine performance.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high quality and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations for quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
