CarMax is hiring a Mechanical Associate in West Point, VA. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to meet CarMax's safety and quality standards, working in a climate-controlled, modern facility.

You will collaborate with a skilled team, gain hands-on experience on domestic and foreign vehicles, and uphold a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role requires experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and a solid understanding of health

Qualifications

Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and ASE certifications where required.
