Holman Enterprises in Aberdeen, NC, is hiring a Technician for our CDJR Aberdeen location. The role covers routine maintenance, tire mounting/balancing, suspension work, brake service, and related tasks on all makes and models.

The company offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and 1+ years of lube maintenance preferred.

• Minimum of 1+ years of lube maintenance desired but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• All routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes.
• Mount and balancing of all types of tires.
• All suspension repairs and/or alignments.
• Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining.

What will you do?

• All routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes
• Mount and balancing of all types of tires
• All suspension repairs and/or alignments
• Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining

What are we looking for?

• Clean MVR, and willingness to undergo background requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
