103 Auto Repair is seeking an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in fixing cars right the first time and works with a professional team. Diagnostic Technicians are encouraged to apply.

This shop offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, a salary from $75K to $120K+ depending on productivity, 8 paid holidays, PTO, retirement match, health insurance, and company-paid training. We run an organized, drama-free shop where technicians are respected and have the tools and support

Qualifications

• Experienced automotive technician with a track record of fixing vehicles right the first time.
• Diagnostic skills and ability to work with a professional team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles as assigned.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers.
