Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Automotive Technician to service guest vehicles with a focus on brakes, lubrication, tires, and related mechanical work. Training will certify you to perform a wide range of mechanical services ensuring top-quality results and an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience required.
• Brake systems experience 1-2 years preferred.
• ASE Brakes certification (A5) preferred; other ASE certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete brake service including replacement of components and brake flushes.
• Diagnose issues in braking, engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Road-test vehicles before/after service to ensure quality and accuracy.

Join us and become an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our guests.HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hoursDemonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclesEnsure that the service center, specifically their workstation, is clean and presentableMust be able to perform complete disc or drum brake service including, but not limited to replacing all braking components as well as performing full brake flushesMust be knowledgeable and understand the whole mechanics of the braking system, including the servicing process and must be able to answer questions from the customerMust be able to diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking systemMust be able to diagnose the following vital components and potentially make all necessary repairs such as Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating AC, etc.Ability to use our current computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor.
