Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring an Automotive Technician in Kaneohe, HI. You will perform a wide range of mechanical services, focusing on brakes, engine performance, suspension, electrical systems, and HVAC.

The role requires strong teamwork, attention to guest care, and the ability to explain findings clearly to customers. You will gain comprehensive training, use multiple shop programs, and participate in a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of Automotive Experience.
• 1-2 Years of Experience working on Brake Systems.
• ASE certification(s) in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Automotive technical or trade school degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality mechanical repairs in our service center to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Use computer systems to provide estimates for parts and labor (All DATA, AutoZone, etc.).
• Road-test vehicles before/after service to verify work meets standards.

Join us and become an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our guests.HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hoursDemonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclesEnsure that the service center, specifically their workstation, is clean and presentableMust be able to perform complete disc or drum brake service including, but not limited to replacing all braking components as well as performing full brake flushesMust be knowledgeable and understand the whole mechanics of the braking system, including the servicing process and must be able to answer questions from the customerMust be able to diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking systemMust be able to diagnose the following vital components and potentially make all necessary repairs such as Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating AC, etc.Ability to use our current computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor.
