Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our U.S. service centers. Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, engine performance, air conditioning, and cooling systems.

This full-time, flat-rate role offers 75% hour guarantee and a pay range of $29.00–$38.00 per hour based on skills, with benefits and opportunities for career progression within Goodyear. Candidates with ASE certifications and who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays are

Qualifications

• Three years' automotive repair experience or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ase A4/A5 certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant system.
• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills using the latest technology.
• Mentor teammates and continually learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
