The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team at multiple U.S. auto service centers. This full-time role features a flat-rate structure with a 75% hour guarantee and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' automotive repair experience or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities across mechanical and electrical faults.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, A/C, and cooling.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest technology and diagnostic tools.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high safety, service, and housekeeping standards with protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires and standing for extended periods.
