Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Automotive Technician to service guests' vehicles with a focus on brakes, diagnostics, and comprehensive mechanical repairs. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, clear communication with customers, and maintaining a clean, professional service station.

The position requires 1–3 years of automotive experience and ASE certifications; training will be provided to handle lubrication, brakes, tires, and related services to uphold high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• ASE certification(s) in brakes preferred.
• ASE Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical, Heating & AC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete disc or drum brake service including replacing components and brake flushes.
• Diagnose braking system issues and advise on repairs.
• Use the computer system to provide parts and labor estimates (All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA).
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.

Join us and become an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our guests.HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hoursDemonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclesEnsure that the service center, specifically their workstation, is clean and presentableMust be able to perform complete disc or drum brake service including, but not limited to replacing all braking components as well as performing full brake flushesMust be knowledgeable and understand the whole mechanics of the braking system, including the servicing process and must be able to answer questions from the customerMust be able to diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking systemMust be able to diagnose the following vital components and potentially make all necessary repairs such as Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating AC, etc.Ability to use our current computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor.
