Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Automotive Technician to service guest vehicles with a focus on brakes, engine performance and HVAC systems. The role includes comprehensive training and certification opportunities to expand mechanical skills while delivering high-quality guest care.

The position requires 1–3 years of automotive experience, brake-system know-how, and ASE certifications; a high school diploma is expected, with trade schooling a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of Automotive Experience.
• 1-2 Years of Experience working on Brake Systems.
• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in A5 - Brakes.
• ASE certifications in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Automotive technical or trade school degree a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and presentable workstation in the service center.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service including replacement of components and full brake flushes.
• Diagnose and repair braking, engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical systems, and HVAC issues.
• Use computer systems to provide estimates for parts and labor (All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA, etc.).
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure work meets standards.
