Job Description

The Automotive Technician, reporting to the Store and Service Managers, is responsible for performing basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities Include

1. Applying in-depth automotive repair knowledge
2. Providing high-quality service to customers
3. Performing skilled mechanical work, analyzing and diagnosing problems
4. Inspecting, replacing, and repairing defective parts; performing preventive maintenance
5. Learning new technical information and techniques to stay current with automotive technology
6. Demonstrating behaviors aligned with the company's values in all interactions
7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
8. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' automotive service, mechanic, or engine diagnostic experience
• ASE Certification preferred, not required
• Technician Tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles
• Ability to pass a background check
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work Saturdays
