Job summary

Coughlin Kia of Dublin is hiring Automotive Service Technicians to support our growth at a brand-new facility off Post Road by Costco in Plain City. We offer a competitive wage based on experience and a flat-rate pay program to maximize earnings.

The work schedule is typically around 40 hours per week, with Sundays closed and weekday hours up to 6 pm. We are part of Coughlin Automotive, Central Ohio’s growing dealership group with many locations and brands.

Qualifications

• Automobile repair experience is required.
• Familiarity with materials, methods and tools used in vehicle repair.

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste

We've relocated from Dublin to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility off of Post Road by Costco in Plain City to support our rapid growth and our new store has 40 service bays as Coughlin continues to have growth in our company! We're looking to hire Automotive Service Technicians. This position offers a competitive wage dependent on experience. Our flat-rate hour compensation program allows you to maximize your earning potential.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

• Automobile repair experience

The work schedule is flexible, typically around 40 hours per week, but there is no cap on hours turned for flat rate techs. Service departments are closed on Sundays and only open until 6 pm during the week.
