Job summary

Auto Allies is seeking a dependable Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys continual learning in a collaborative environment. You will perform a range of repairs and maintenance, including brakes, steering, suspension, cooling systems, and diagnostics, with Digital Vehicle Inspections and clear documentation.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:50 AM to 4:50 PM, no weekends, plus weekly pay, training, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Experience with scan tools and basic diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license; ability to communicate and work in a team.
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, steering, and suspension repairs.
• Handle preventative maintenance and scheduled services.
• Repair cooling systems and general mechanical issues.
• Conduct digital vehicle inspections with photos and recommendations.
• Perform basic to intermediate diagnostics.
• Use scan tools for troubleshooting and document results.
• Communicate clearly with the service team.

What You’ll Do:

As an Automotive Technician, you’ll handle a variety of repairs and maintenance, including:

• Brake, steering, and suspension repairs.
• Preventative maintenance and scheduled services.
• Cooling system repairs.
• General mechanical repairs.
• Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos and recommendations.
• Basic to intermediate diagnostics.
• Scan tool operation and troubleshooting.
• Clear documentation and communication with the service team.

As your skills develop, you’ll have opportunities to take on more advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting and continue growing your career.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Takes pride in doing the job correctly the first time.
• Has experience with scan tools and basic diagnostics.
• Can work independently while contributing to the team.
• Has a valid driver’s license.
• Shows up on time and communicates well.
• Takes ownership of their work.
• Is willing to learn and continue developing their skills.
• ASE Certifications are a plus, but not required.
