Job summary

CSS Solutions Inc. is looking for skilled Journeymen B-Level Technicians to join Turbo Tim’s, a leading automotive shop in Minneapolis. Technicians will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks while being offered growth opportunities and a competitive salary of $50,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience required.

• Experience with digital inspection tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services and standard repairs (brakes, suspension, cooling, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair common mechanical and drivability issues.
• Use digital inspection tools to document findings with photos and notes.
• Assist Service Advisors with estimates and repair recommendations.
• Document inspections and repairs through our Digital Vehicle Inspection process.
• Work closely with teammates and step in to support where needed.
• Keep safety and customer experience at the center of your work.
• Stay on top of training and certification.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive hands-on automotive repair experience - Production shop.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and operate all shop equipment.
• Willingness to learn from senior techs and attend training.

Preferred Skills

• ASE certificate.
• Experience with digital inspection and shop management systems.

Pay range and compensation package

• Pay: $50,000 - $90,000.
