Job summary

Mockler Beverage Co A LP is seeking a fleet technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair company vehicles and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist in transporting vehicles to service facilities, and document inspections and repairs.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and reliability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, on-site environment. CDL is preferred but not required; 1-2 years of related experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; CDL preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely with minimal supervision.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of all company vehicles.
• Check tire inflation levels and fill to the appropriate psi as needed.
• Check and fill fluid & fuel levels as needed.
• Assist in transporting vehicles to and from repair/inspection facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical failures.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on fleet equipment (gas and diesel vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks) including oil changes, tire rotations, lubrication, and safety inspections.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to assess, diagnose, and troubleshoot solutions.
• Proper documentation of repairs and inspections in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Fleet Director.

Our Fleet department is responsible for ensuring company equipment and vehicles are clean, serviced, repaired, and safe to operate.
