Hurn's Superior Alignment | Little Rock, AR

Position Overview

Hurn's Superior Alignment is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team in Little Rock, AR. As one of the few auto repair shops still specializing in radiator repairs, we offer a unique and challenging work environment where you’ll be part of a growing team of experts. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with excellent pay and benefits.

  • Location: Little Rock, AR (on-site)
  • Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Pay Range: $18.00 to $30.00/hr + Commission (after probation period)
  • Medical Insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform 24-point inspections on each vehicle to identify issues
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex vehicle problems
  • Follow our shop's workflow system to complete each job efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with office staff to ensure parts are ordered and work is completed on time
  • Supervise apprentices or junior staff when necessary
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly secured overnight
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic tools
  • Ability to diagnose and repair both simple and complex issues
  • Must own your own tools
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
  • Commitment to safety and quality work
