Position Summary

The Automotive Technician plays a vital role in our service team, learning to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. Responsibilities include routine inspections, vehicle assessments, repairs, and customer interactions. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced environment. It offers a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in automotive repair.

Pay Range: $15.30 - $22.95

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Work towards obtaining or maintaining ASE certifications within two years.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of automotive repair experience or vocational training.
• ASE certification or equivalent.
