Qualifications

You will be a key member of Northside Auto's Service Department, with the opportunity to develop into one of the foundational technicians on our team.

B or C-Level Technician - Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience, demonstrated ability, and performance. We are looking for a dependable technician who can efficiently complete maintenance, reconditioning, and light-to-moderate mechanical repairs with consistent workmanship.

A B-level technician should be comfortable working independently on most common repairs and accurately identifying when a job requires additional diagnostic support. A C-level technician should have strong fundamentals, work responsibly within their current abilities, and be eager to learn and advance.

The right person will take pride in their work, maintain a productive pace, communicate clearly, and help keep vehicles moving through our reconditioning process. We provide a consistent workload, balanced technician staffing, and a genuine opportunity to grow in both responsibility and income.
