Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC in Duvall, WA is seeking an Automotive Technician to service guest vehicles with top-quality workmanship and a strong guest experience focus.

You will perform a wide range of mechanical services including brakes, engine performance, electrical and HVAC, diagnose issues, and provide accurate parts and labor estimates using shop software. This full-time position includes benefits, training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of Automotive Experience.
• 1-2 Years of Experience working on Brake Systems.
• ASE certification(s) in Brakes preferred.
• ASE certifications in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Automotive technical or trade school degree a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete disc or drum brake service and related repairs.
• Diagnose and pinpoint issues in braking and other systems.
• Use shop software to provide estimates for parts and labor.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable workstation.

Join us and become an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our guests.HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hoursDemonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclesEnsure that the service center, specifically their workstation, is clean and presentableMust be able to perform complete disc or drum brake service including, but not limited to replacing all braking components as well as performing full brake flushesMust be knowledgeable and understand the whole mechanics of the braking system, including the servicing process and must be able to answer questions from the customerMust be able to diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking systemMust be able to diagnose the following vital components and potentially make all necessary repairs such as Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating AC, etc.Ability to use our current computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor.
