Hendrick Honda Concord is seeking a dedicated Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle systems, ensuring quality service for our customers. You will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, following dealership guidelines and completing required manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Satisfactory mechanical work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles and identifies necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs and documents services performed.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance following dealer guidelines.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Completes manufacturer training to perform warranty repairs/recalls and other services as assigned.
• Follows safeguards rules and company policies.

What Our Technicians Do

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training (manufacturer fundamental training and/or NAPA training provided by Hendrick).
• Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
• Completes manufacturer training to perform: warranty repairs/recalls on most vehicles, PDI’s, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory mechanical work experience.
