Monro, Inc. seeks a Technician to join a leading auto service team in Cleveland, OH. This role requires expertise in vehicle diagnostics and strong communication skills to ensure exceptional guest service, with opportunities for growth through training and certifications.

The hourly pay range is $17-$22 per hour guaranteed, plus $28-$40 flat rate based on experience.
This role involves driving sales and guest count growth.
We are looking for a professional technician eager to help grow the shop. Must be detail-oriented, capable of coaching entry-level techs, and possess your own tools. A valid driver’s license is required. We seek a team leader and team player.
The Technician role is full-time or part-time, hourly, based on business needs. Responsibilities include vehicle diagnostics, routine repairs, and maintenance, delivering exceptional 5-star guest service through effective communication and meeting time and quality expectations.
