The role involves maintaining a diverse range of equipment, including delivery vehicles, heavy‑duty on‑road tractors and trailers from various manufacturers. Powered vehicle propulsion includes diesel, gasoline and alternative technology power plants such as compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, propane, hybrid and electric in some locations. The technician will be skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electrical systems and engine control. Availability for 2nd or 3rd shifts, including Monday‑Friday, Sunday‑Thursday, and Tuesday‑Saturday schedules, is required.
