Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in Caldwell, ID is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and service modern vehicles with a focus on transmissions and general automotive systems. You will work with a supportive team, use advanced diagnostic tools and participate in ongoing training to grow technically and professionally.

Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle systems; assisting others; and maintaining accurate repair records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as an Automotive Technician.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need.
• Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
