The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. You will learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. Responsibilities include routine inspections, contributing to vehicle assessments, and assisting in repair procedures. You may interact with customers to explain repair procedures, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a solid foundation in automotive repair and contributes to the team’s success.
SIGN-ON BONUS $1000 (New Hires Only)
Pay Range: $20.13 – $30.25 per hour. Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compressed pay model (flat-rate) based on task productivity. These rates reflect average productivity by region.
