Job summary

Vaden Automotive is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, working with a team of experienced techs and service advisors. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, and strong earning potential is offered with up to $60 per flat rate hour and a potential sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

You'll join a stable, growth-oriented service department that values certifications, skill, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive repair experience (required).
• Dealership experience and manufacturer certifications strongly preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Utilize modern diagnostic tools, manufacturer systems, and technical resources.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and service leadership.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology.
