Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an Automotive Technician in Bisbee, AZ to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles according to manufacturer and company standards.

Qualifications

Role Overview

An Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles according to manufacturer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Digital and Multi-Point Inspections, diagnose routine to intermediate issues using diagnostic tools, perform common repairs (brakes, suspension, engine, electrical), verify repairs, and support safety and emission inspections where licensed. Communicate findings, document services, and collaborate with team members to ensure quality, timely service. Follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and support a flexible schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience, ability to use diagnostic equipment, and basic electrical/mechanical skills. ASE certifications or willingness to obtain are preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license, ability to work independently and within a team, and follow safety and documentation standards. Preferred qualifications include technical training, additional ASE certifications, and inspection credentials.
