Job summary

Elevate Digital is seeking an Automotive Service Technician for a premium luxury import dealership. The role rewards production, offers training investments, and provides relocation assistance. Expect strong earning potential with a five‑day work week and growth in a heated, air‑conditioned shop.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, communicate with the service team, mentor apprentices, and stay current through factory‑sponsored training that is fully paid by the employer.

Qualifications

• Ase Master Technician or equivalent manufacturer training required.
• Strong mechanical fundamentals and diagnostic ability.
• High CSI focus and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, able to pass background/MVR/drug checks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Communicate with parts department and service advisors on repair status.
• Identify additional service needs and flag them appropriately.
• Document all work performed accurately.
• Mentor apprentice technicians as needed.
• Stay current through factory-sponsored training (fully paid, mandatory investment).

What we're looking for:

• ASE certification or manufacturer-specific training (Master Tech, L3/L4, or equivalent strongly preferred)
• Strong mechanical fundamentals and diagnostic ability
• Experience with luxury or European import brands a plus (Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Audi, Volvo, etc.) — but not required if your diagnostic and mechanical skills are strong
• High CSI focus — you care about doing the job right, not just fast
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
