100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Technician for a luxury import dealership in Birmingham, AL. You will diagnose, repair, and document work on premium vehicles, working closely with parts and service advisors to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will receive above-market flat rate pay ($35–$50/hr), and the role includes production, CSI, longevity bonuses, plus relocation assistance and paid training to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• ASE certification or manufacturer-specific training required or strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical fundamentals and diagnostic ability.
• Experience with luxury or European import brands is a plus.
• High CSI focus and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Communicate with parts department and service advisors on repair status.
• Identify additional service needs and flag them appropriately.
• Document all work performed accurately.
• Mentor apprentice technicians as needed.
• Stay current through factory-sponsored training (fully paid).
