Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Automotive Technician in Baxter, MN to service guest vehicles and perform a wide range of mechanical work. You will be trained to handle lubrication, brakes, tires, and related systems, ensuring high-quality results and a great guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear customer communication, and accurate estimates using shop software. Prior brake-system experience and ASE certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive experience.
• 1–2 years in brake systems.
• ASE A5 Brakes certification.
• ASE certifications in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical, and HVAC preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive trade school degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure workstation is clean and presentable.
• Road-test vehicles before and after repairs to verify quality.
• Use shop software to provide estimates for parts and labor.

Join us and become an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our guests.HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hoursDemonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclesEnsure that the service center, specifically their workstation, is clean and presentableMust be able to perform complete disc or drum brake service including, but not limited to replacing all braking components as well as performing full brake flushesMust be knowledgeable and understand the whole mechanics of the braking system, including the servicing process and must be able to answer questions from the customerMust be able to diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking systemMust be able to diagnose the following vital components and potentially make all necessary repairs such as Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating AC, etc.Ability to use our current computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor.
