Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.* Proactively communicate potential issues with Service Advisors, Parts Department, management, and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience and fix-it right the first time.* Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.* Complete required MB and dealership training.* Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures.
