Role Description The Automotive Technician role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Albuquerque, NM. The technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and carry out repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and safety guidelines. Daily responsibilities include completing oil changes, brake services, suspension work, and general maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of vehicles. The technician will document all services performed, communicate clearly with service advisors, and help ensure that customers receive accurate information about their vehicle’s condition and recommended services. This role also involves maintaining a clean, organized work area and using diagnostic tools and equipment properly to deliver quality, efficient service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of Audi/VW Experience Preferred
• Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and routine service tasks.
• Proficiency in Oil Changes and fluid inspections and replacements.
• Hands‑on experience in Automotive Repair and Maintenance & Repair for various systems.
• Knowledge of Suspension components and the ability to diagnose and repair related issues.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic in a dealership or repair shop environment.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service manuals, and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, maintain detailed service records, and meet productivity goals.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Automotive certifications (such as ASE) or formal technical training are REQUIRED.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with service team members and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
