Job summary

Ken Ganley Nissan Medina's high-volume service department is hiring automotive technicians with at least one year of professional experience. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped shop with factory training opportunities and a strong customer flow to keep you productive.

We offer a $70,000–$130,000+ annual earning potential, a $1,000–$5,000 sign-on bonus, full-time day shifts, 40+ hours weekly, and paid training with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
• ASE Certification, Master Certification, and/or Nissan Certification are a plus but not required.
• Ohio State Vehicle Inspection qualification is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Computer skills are necessary.
• Technicians must supply their own tools; dealership tools will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding work performed and repairs needed.
