Job Description:

Experience Required:
  • High school diploma
  • 3-5+ years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
  • 2 ASE certifications
  • Ability to use web-based tools to gather service information
  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, any role where you interacted with customers)
  • A strong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain and/or infotainment systems
Skills:
  • Using electronic service manuals
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Typing skills
  • French Canadian speaking (a plus)
  • Listening and technical experience to assist dealer technicians via phone, chat or email
Other requirements:
  • Able to work shifts within the call center’s hours of operation: Monday – Friday (7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time)
  • This position is fully remote within the United States only
