Job summary

Young Automotive is seeking experienced automotive technicians for our Sturgeon Bay facility. ASE Master technicians or top A/B-Level experience are welcome, with relocation support and a shop designed for quality diagnosis and growth.

This is a Monday–Friday role with no weekends or holidays and a guaranteed minimum hours policy. We offer comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with match, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• ASE Master Certification preferred; proven A-Level or top B-Level experience also accepted.
• Strong diagnostic skills across electrical, drivability and hybrid systems.
• Own professional tools and a valid driver’s license.

• Diagnose difficult auto problems and perform quality repairs.
• Contribute to a team-focused service bay with steady workflow.
