Job summary

BWI Group is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to plan, develop, and execute test programs for chassis systems. You will work across hardware, software, design, manufacturing, quality, and customers to translate requirements into robust test strategies and validated results.

The role involves system-level testing, test case development, and automated test scripting, with emphasis on diagnostics, communications, and I/O. Knowledge of ISO 26262 and SPICE is beneficial for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (EE, ME or CSE) or equivalent.
• Experience with embedded controls and automotive systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of debugging, testing, and verification techniques.
• Familiarity with data acquisition and instrumentation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform system testing of Suspension control products using computer simulation or HIL hardware.
• Develop test cases and procedures based on requirements focused on algorithms, diagnostics, communications, and system I/O.
• Establish traceability between requirements, test cases, and results; document findings and investigate anomalies.
• Develop test designs and scripts for automated testing tools; interface with customers on test definitions and timing.
