Qualifications

• Lead test planning and integration management for vehicle development.
• Develop and execute test plans including bench/instrumentation integration.
• Configure and flash software into ECUs and manage networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Create test scopes, schedules, and deploy bench integration for simulator I/O and automation.
• Perform automated testing and integration of distributed features.
• Collaborate with SW/HW teams, suppliers, and function owners for streamlined testing.
• Lead test bench integration across diverse systems and HIL setups.
• Validate simulators/automation solutions and troubleshoot HW/SW issues.
• Expand automated testing to improve reliability and execution efficiency.
• Utilize HIL hardware and tools (dSpace, NI) for testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning & integration management for vehicle development.
• Integrate embedded software, ECUs, sensors, actuators, and networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Manage configuration and flashing of software into ECUs.
• Develop test scopes, schedules, and bench integration with simulator I/O and instrumentation.
• Perform automated testing and functional integration of distributed features.
• Collaborate with SW, HW teams, suppliers, function owners for streamlined integration & testing.
• Test bench integration across diverse systems and ECU networks into HIL system.
• Validate simulators and automation solutions; troubleshoot HW/SW issues.
• Lead process improvements to expand automated testing scope and reliability.
• Perform tests using Hardware-in-the-Loop equipment and CAN tools.
