Job summary

ZF Group is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for its Marshall, IL site. The role focuses on material planning, supplier coordination, and SAP-driven processes to optimize inventory and delivery performance in an automotive tech environment.

You will analyze BOMs, track shortages, and support purchasing to ensure on-time material availability, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/supplier planning and purchasing/supply chain management.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• SAP experience is required or highly preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run customer-specific bill of material checks.
• Compile weekly SMT tracker demand for shortages.
• Update supplier commitments and shipments.
• Understand plant usage and materials flow within SAP.
• Escalate shortages and provide purchasing support.
