Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Experience with supplier quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality containment activities, defect investigations, and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier process, product, and packaging audits and validate corrective actions on-site.
• Drive root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and other structured methods.
• Support APQP, PPAP, launch activities, engineering changes, and supplier development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warranty, and Service Parts teams to improve quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
