With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

About the Position

Automotive Store Managers manage a retail store location, ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They implement sales programs, direct technicians and mechanics, and ensure timely, safe, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. They communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Our digital dashboard allows Store Managers to track success and grow their earnings.
