Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location, ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. They also communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information about automotive repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Using our digital dashboard, Store Managers can track their success and grow their earnings by leading by example.
