About the position

Mavis Tires & Brakes, a leader in tire and automotive repair services, is opening a new location in Mt Dora, FL. We are hiring experienced automotive sales leaders for the Automotive Store Manager position. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing company that promotes from within.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing store operations to maximize profitability
  • Driving sales and monitoring inventory and expenses
  • Managing personnel and controlling operating costs
  • Directing technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Communicating with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction
