Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in California is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to lead a high-energy service team and deliver world-class guest experiences.

You will own the daily operations, drive sales, manage the P&L, ensure safety and inventory accuracy, and coach staff to hit KPIs. Expect open weekends and a hands-on leadership approach that sets the standard for speed, accuracy, and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store or service management in automotive (or high-volume retail with strong service & P&L ownership)
• Proven sales leadership: hits targets, builds pipeline, improves ROA and close rates
• People leader: hires well, coaches often, maintains standards, retains talent
• Operational athlete: confident with KPIs, scheduling, inventory, cash controls
• Customer-first communicator: clear explanations and follow-through
• Must have valid driver's license; able to assist with shop flow (periodic lifting up to 70 lbs)
• Open availability, including weekends, to lead the store during busy hours

• Own the guest experience: model five-star service; participate in estimates, approvals, and tough saves
• Drive sales: execute playbooks, price with confidence, provide clear recommendations
• Run the P&L: payroll discipline, inventory accuracy, shrink control, budget adherence
• Protect the house: OSHA/EHS compliance, cleanliness, equipment/vendor coordination
• Operate with excellence: cash/POS controls, reporting, audits, policy adherence
