Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Company

Mavis Tires & Brakes is a leader in the tire and automotive repair service field, opening a new location in Vero Beach, FL. We have multiple openings for experienced automotive sales personnel.

Positions Available
  1. Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety.
  2. Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality service. Communicates with customers, assesses needs, and strives to meet expectations.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18, authorized to work in the US, and have:

  • 1 year of experience/training in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs/maintenance, or
  • Any combination of education and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties.
