The role requires deep knowledge of store operations, parts systems, and ASE readiness. You will hire, coach, and develop a 10–20 person team, schedule shifts, oversee inventory, and ensure top service standards while meeting store KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage profitability and drive store performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of store systems and POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships, including action plans.
• Selection, hiring, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling and engagement of store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Coach all Team Members to deliver on Customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Manager on duty responsibilities and safety.
• Ability to lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment.
• Provide DIY service and assist District/Region as needed.
